2007–2016 Decade Plan#

The City published this capital program as separate tables rather than one downloadable book. ABQInfo preserves the policy framework and the most useful citywide, departmental, district, enterprise-fund, and impact-fee components together. Browse the official City collection.

2009 General Obligation Bond Program#

These official City tables preserve the 2009 project scopes and the accompanying 2009–2017 funding schedules. The overview and cross-department records remain here; subject-specific tables are also linked from the relevant transportation, parks, and drainage pages.

Energy, Water, Public Facilities, and System Modernization Bond Scopes#

This six-record sequence preserves the official City scope tables for successive bond elections, showing the changing allocations across public facilities, environmental health, information systems, energy conservation, and public art.

2011–2019 Department Schedules#

These department schedules provide the project-level detail behind the 2011 General Obligation Bond summary.

October 2010 Program Scope and Schedule Records#

The City’s October 2010 Environmental Planning Commission folder preserves a distinct preliminary 2011 program: one citywide allocation summary, 13 department project-scope sheets, and seven schedules whose totals differ from the later 2011–2019 deliveries above. Identical later deliveries are consolidated to their canonical records.

2017 General Obligation Bond Program#

The City published the 2017 program as separate department tables rather than one downloadable book. Each department has a scope table describing what the 2017 bond money buys and a summary table scheduling that department’s funding across the 2017–2025 bond cycles. The department tables total $102.78 million in 2017 funding. Browse the official City collection.
